The speech pays tribute to the visionaries, leaders, and ordinary people whose sacrifices contributed to the state's journey, while also acknowledging the human impact of Partition. It highlights Bengal's enduring contributions to education, science, medicine, and nation-building, and calls upon future generations to uphold the values of knowledge, innovation, public service, and social harmony in building a stronger West Bengal.
